We wanted to stay in Augusta for Christmas 2014 and booked the Wrenwood Chalets as they were pet friendly. In fact, being able to bring our beautiful old dog with us to Augusta completed the ‘family Christmas’. In fact, our dog became best friends with David and Anita’s amazing sausage dog, Marvin, and my 6yr old boy just LOVED Marvin so much! What a beut dog! He always greeted us with that cheeky smile and happy wagging tail. Marvin is just one of the many attractions at Wrenwood – the accommodation was so clean and organized and so friendly, and the location was central to the town, beach and caves. The extraordinary property was huge enough for us to take the dog for a long and exciting bush walk out past the cows and kangaroos, the inside of the chalet was warm enough in winter with the comfort of a reverse cycled a/con and with the most amazing, comfortable and warmest beds and pillows you’ve ever felt, made it sooooo hard to get up in the mornings… so much to do, so little time – thank you David and Anita for your kind hospitality – we would love to return one day so our dog and Marvin can play once again….
