Wrenwood Chalets and its substantial bush setting will give you and your companions the peace and quiet that you seek on a trip to this pristine part of South Western Australia.
We moved here in a fit of fancy from hectic lives in Perth. We have travelled widely and know what it is like to find a place that fulfills the expectations of busy people who are looking for a place to reconnect and refresh; a place where they have privacy and all the facilities to enjoy their stay in this most wonderful part of our great country. Many of our guests express their kindness by recommending our property to others through TripAdvisor and word of mouth. Wrenwood is indeed a unique property; it is a 100-acre woodland property nestled in the heart of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, between Augusta and Margaret River, just a walk to the Indian Ocean and well placed to use as a base for The Cape to Cape Track.
You are free to walk around the property and observe throughout the seasons, the flowering Jarrah/Marri and Banksia forest woodland, wildflowers, orchids, fungi, birdlife, moths and butterflies, kangaroo families, flights of Cockatoos and many Xanthorrhoea. The evening also takes on a life of its own! Explore the Caves, the beaches, the Blackwood River, the Leeuwin Coast, Flinders Bay and the new Augusta Boat Harbour.
Whether it is for a night or a fortnight we appreciate you wanting to stay with us and we offer you our best attention at all times. When you arrive we will ensure that the fire is lit and we can welcome you with a clean and cosy place to stay. The two Chalets sit in privacy surrounded by woodland and native flowers. Birds and Kangaroos will visit you.
The Chalets are both two bedroom and spacious, with comfortable beds and carpets. From every window there are views out into the bush. The Lounge area has comfortable lounges that sit opposite the wood burning stove, and smart TV and DVD player. There is an extensive collection of DVD’s in the office for your entertainment. Starlink internet is available in the chalet. The kitchen, the barbecue and dining area has all of the things needed to create delicious food from the produce of this bountiful region.
Another important point, we do welcome your family dogs and pets, however we do prefer to know before hand.
